Since moving back to Bradford to take up my new role as live-in Nanny I don't get out much.
However my attention was drawn by Cathy, wife of my oldest friend Mick Luter, to a series of Dinner Party Dining cookery courses at the nearby Kirklees College of Further Education.
    So, seeking for further amusement,
    I paid, and went into the school,
    where they'd pork loin, tiger prawns and caramels,
    and old ale batter and sandwiches too.
And the rest was history...
Course One was under the expert tutelage of classically trained chef Aaron Bulging, and courses Two and Three with David Wolves-Den on his nights away from head-cheffing at Cooper's Kitchen & Bar in Elland.

All names have been changed to protect the innocent. And especially the guilty.
